This is the time of year when Valentine treasuries are being curated all over the Etsy community. I’ve been happy to have some of my creations included in them. This one was particularly lovely this evening. It featured my ‘i love you’ envelope necklace. Click HERE to view the treasury.
This Valentine’s Day has me thinking about what I want to do for the sweet little loves in my life. The big one and the two little ones. But what should I do this year? What can I do that’s different from the other years? Buy a heart shaped box of chocolates? Probably. Buy a couple cards? Most likely. Make these gorgeous Sweet Pies? I think I may have to give them a try.

These are from Serena’s blog (aka. The Farm Chicks) and she has step by step instructions on making them. Now, let’s see if I can do it too.
Sweet treats may be the way to my own heart, and to my boys, but my little ones really, really love to do crafts. They get so excited when I tell them it’s time to get the scissors, glue sticks, and paper out. So, this year I might have to give these a whirl!

Um….how adorable would these be????
Now, I think it may be time for some Customer Love! I’m going to be giving away one of these necklaces tomorrow afternoon!
Here’s how to enter my giveway:
~ Leave a comment on my blog, telling me what your favorite gift to receive for Valentine’s Day is. Is is chocolate? Jewelry? A day of shopping with no kids? 😉
I’ll randomly pick a winner tomorrow afternoon between 3-4 pm, PST. Have fun!
My little shop was included in some great treasuries this week and a couple of my favorites were from today. What a great Friday!
Unique and Fun Gifts for Dad is full of Father’s Day ideas. Click HERE to see it and find some inspiration for your Father’s Day gift this year.
My father’s day keychain was featured in this one. Hurry on over to my shop if you’re wanting one for your dad, papa, hubby…I only have a couple left. 🙂
Everything goes with grey is a treasury that I was just featured in not more than an hour ago. I think the curator put together some brilliant grey finds and I’m honored that my wedding forks made it among these beautiful listings. Click HERE to view this treasury.
And last but not least, one of my favorite treasuries this week was one for all you pet lovers out there. It’s titled, Dad Love Pets. Super
cute collection for your pet loving man. Click HERE to check this one out too. 🙂
I found some fun finds on Etsy recently that I thought I’d share with you. I am in constant amazement with the talent people have in this wonderful online community. This community allows us all to share what we love to do with you.
If you haven’t figured it out yet, my style is one of simplicity. I love clean lines. I love the country/rustic/seaside/lodgey (is that a word?)/farmhouse/feminine feel of things around me. Oh wait…sounds like I haven’t pinned down my style yet either.
For example, this shirt. Oh, this shirt.
This can be found in the shop IsabelAmyo, found HERE. Super feminine, classic, simple. Love her styles.
And what about this lip balm from the shop ForStrangeWomen? For Strange what??? Yup. Women.
Her shop is loaded with yummy perfumes, lip balms, and bath salts. Her packaging is so unique and her photos of her goodies are some of the best I’ve seen. Still trying to decide what to order and when I do, I’ll let you know how it turns out.
Click on either of the above pictures to go directly to their shop and have fun browsing around. You won’t be sorry you did.
Here are a few treasuries I’ve put together over the past few days to help highlight my favorites around Etsy.
Little bit of this…Little bit of that
How does your garden grow?
Honeymoon in Rome
Have a great night. I’ve got to get back to my Dancing with the Stars.
Today is my Friday. You may wonder how that’s possible when I work from home. It’s because it’s Mr. Farmer’s friday today. He’s on vacation next week!!!
Are we going somewhere warm and tropical you ask? Nope.
Are we going on a winter ski getaway? Nope.
Are we staying home? Yup. We are actually starting a house project that I’m a little freaked out about. Yup….me….freaked out. I’ll give more details and hopefully pictures later this week.
Business will still be business on my end so no worries there…only I have to move my office upstairs for a week or so. Oh…and my babies will be at Nana’s for a little while too….Whaaaaaaa!
Ok. I’ll stop crying now and get back to Etsy business.
I am in constant amazement at the talent I see and find on Etsy. What did all these talented shop owners do before Etsy came along? Where did they sell their beautiful work? Craft shows? Bake sales?
Here’s the BIG question…where would I have seen these edible buttons if not for Etsy? They are sold over at AndieSpecialtySweets.
These would be absolutely gorgeous on a wedding cake for a vintage themed wedding. Wow. I’m not sure I could eat them…
Oh wait…yes I could.
I was honored yesterday to be featured in a treasury called My Secret Garden. It is a collection of whimsical Etsy finds that truly make you want to go find a secret garden…or get out your book and read it again. Head on over HERE and check it out.
And since I seem to have a new addiction (uh oh)…I put together two different treasuries yesterday.
I’ll Take One of Each Please
Ok, off to prep my house for destuction.
I put together this London Times treasury tonight to feature some of my favorite British finds around Etsy.
Mr. Farmer and I went to London for part of our honeymoon and would love to go back again. Here are some pictures that remind me of our special trip.
I was also featured in two different treasuries today that I’m happy to tell you about:

Wonderful Welcome by TiEsti
Huge Thank You!!!!
Like I’ve said before, I really like putting together treasuries to feature other artists on Etsy. The winter weather in the Pacific NW gets pretty old after about October. So, when we finally get around to March and moss is covering all our flowerbeds, you know it’s time for spring. Um…speaking of moss, we got a letter the other day from our homeowners association saying our flowerbeds needed the moss cleared up….shoot. That’s what the strange lady was doing in her car last month with a camera pointed at our house. Hmmmm…
Anyways, I put together a quick treasury of a little bit of moss, a little bit of march and a little bit of me. Click here to visit my treaury and click on the pictures below to go to individual shops.
Could you get cuter than this? I didn’t know moss could look so good!
This is more what the moss looks like around here….everywhere around here.
So after looking at all this moss, I really want to be transported here.
But realize I have to settle with this and just dream.
I’m also thankful to be in the following treasuries lately.
Happiness comes in Many forms
I Left My Heart in the Library
Have a happy Wednesday,
I was featured in such a sweet collection of Etsy finds this morning. A treasury called, ‘Baby Love”.
All these items featured in the treasury are so cute and adorable that if I had girls, I’d be seriously shopping! I’ve told my husband that if we had a girl, we’d be broke.
How do women hold themselves back from all of this?
Oh. My. Deery.
Livvysue featured my family tree necklace in a wonderful treasury titled Happy Anniversary. Click here to visit the treasury to see all the other beautiful items she picked out. She picked a theme, which is ‘grow old with me, the best is yet to be’, and I love it!
Huge thank you for the feature!!
Huge thanks goes to Kristi for featuring my little bird and birdcage necklace in her newest ‘Tweet Tweet’ treasury! Kristi has the shop Kristibasket on Etsy and sells some really cute jewelry. Check her out!
While I love my necklace, some other things that caught my eye about this treasury are the little bars of soap with the birds on them. They are adorable!
And who could resist these cute little hand painted tea towels by The Shabby Chic Cottage? Seriously? Seeing all these little birds makes me want Spring to be here even faster.
My camping necklace was featured in a treasury titled ‘go outside’. This treasury definitely makes me want to get our trailer out of storage and head out to the mountains. Come on Spring!
